Cabal? Ha! Please stop watching everything and reading everything. Next you'll tell me there's a secret cabal of Zionist who are poisoning our water supply and are in league with FOX News, haha.
You are aware that Israel didn't exist until AFTER WWII ended? And I'm not even a yankee, I was born in the South. It seems today zionist is the word used to describe someone or something you dislike - "I hate Wal-Mart and their low prices, obviously they're a Zionist controlled corporation!" Yeah, that's the mentality, it's become a interchangeable word much like fascist.
To those who do not understand what was lost in war, to those who do not understand that war is the worst evil, whatever is your excuse, fuck you all.
To the uneducated fools out there. America is NOT a democracy. We never claimed to be. We are a REPUBLIC! Huge difference. And yes we fight for property. Property is inextricably linked to human civilization.
@Greenbat85 You keep mentioning Hitler and the Rise of Nazi Germany, when the War in the Pacific was fought for almost entirely different reasons.
In a general scope though, it was actually fought for all the same reasons, hehehh. For property, "the whole fucking thing is about property"<- quote from the movie.
@Greenbat85 December 7th of 1941 the Japanese attacked the US pacific fleet because they needed to expand in asia to acquire resources. After pearl harbour that Germany declared war on U.S. simply to satisfy their ally.
The Japs then proceeded to invade U.S. and British colonies in the Pacific such as Singapore, the Philippines, and Guam. The Japs threatened Australia and eventually the U.S. faced them on Guadalcanal... the setting of this movie.
@jamescash10"This book is cheerfully dedicated to those greatest and most heroic of all human endeavors, WAR and WARFARE; may they never cease to give us the pleasure, excitement and adrenal stimulation that we need, or provide us with the heroes, the presidents and leaders, the monuments and museums which we erect to them in the name of PEACE." - James Jones (author of the Thin Red Line book)
@Greenbat85 What, you don't know the origins of the second world war? XD People fail to understand that mankind is a result of nature, therefore a part of it. Whatever we do, even if its commit genocide, it's a part of nature whether u like it or not.
@TheWilczak NO! xd I know the origin of WW2 don't worry ;) But I do not agree about it. Nature isn't sufficient explanation (actually war as a genetical consequence would be more a nazi theory ;). I'd rather say that war is the result of many facts: killing of the red german revolution wich has been tried in 1919, economic crisis spread from USA in 30s, bad managment of Germany after WW1 that stimulated a national feeling in the country. And finaly hitler get elected ...
And the first world war was the result of the fall of many empires that competed for territories. Each times economy caused some troubles. We should all be more curious about it. (it's only my point of view). In human nature there is also "choices" and untill now we often made choices in the same direction. Perhaps our world need more feminity in power. Did you never realized that we were always governed by men. Need more balance. Then we will get something like Life instead death ...
You provoke me, I have to retaliate. Its a simple logic that happens in school when kids are getting bullied. One fine day the small kid decides to bring a gun and shoots that guy.
@Greenbat85 I understand what you're saying, but the war between the U.S. and the Japanese began for reasons that barely related to the rise of Nazi Germany. Although the Germans and Japanese did form an axis of alliances (for numerous reasons), it wasnt hitler or Germany that caused the war in the Pacific. The Japanese as an expanding empire in asia required resources.in the 30s they began by occupying Manchuria, and later China, provoking the U.S. and the rest of the world to embargo Japan.
yes in both cases is an empire that try to expand. It was time of empires fall in the wohle Europe and world.A lot of revolutions have been tried but lot of it have been destroyed.Fascism is a result of these empire's fall.In Spain fascists fighted the elected popular front to get back the king,in Germany it was already done they declared starting to create the german empire,in Austria there was also hard repression on revolutionaries people and for those of current order who didnt collaborate
@TheWilczak And then came the property problem (of course!). Most terrifying is Usa is supposed to be the greatest democracy in the world but the country also destroyed revolutionaries at the begining of 20 century and then in 50's (using communist argument). And it defended his property in the world like any other empire. It's not fascism but the common interest for property has lead the secret services to mix with old nazis after WW2 to fight their common ennemy at East. Let's cold war begin
I guess the american democracy has been more like a kind of "demonarchy" (many kings possess their property on the country instead one king). Only owners are free. That's the only problem: neither capitalism or communism have been democracy but only fragments of it. In fact if it was mixed it would probably be a kind of real democracy with respect of private property and collective work. It's precisly because rights of workers haven't been respected that communism existed in this radical form.
the reason for all these current wars are becouse of the globol elites we think we fighting for are country but we are just destroying and helping them with there plan.it is all about money and power.we need to realise and attack the source of all this suffering
you have done an excellent job with this amazing song and movie. thank you!! the song can't be rushed. Zimmer has said he felt this was one of his best scores to fit the movie.
Violence in the world is because of sin (Genesis 6th chapter). Its amazing that men do not see this. Nation against nation, i.e. people group against people group. Primarily nations are made up of different races, ethnic groups and satan plays this against one another leading to wars. Jesus came to deliver humanity oppressed by the devil and his wiles (Acts 10:38; Ephesians 6:10-18). If only men would believe!
