there was a heavy uniformed police prescence during the start of set one. by set 2 things chilled out. great show. small, but kinda cruddy venue. acousticly challenging building, drunken retards, rude ushers, and air conditioning issues aside it was an awesome gig. next night in knoxville even better imho.

They shook us down hard at the door here, but I still managed to enjoy the show with a little help from a lovely chocolate I ate that I found on the the back of a toilet seat. At least I think it was chocolate...... Well whatever the F- it was it made me trip. How about that Maze ! The Knoxville show wasn't as nice as the Asheville show. See ya at the Gorge !
This show made me super happy about Phish again. This was hands down the best show I've seen since 98. They knew that older heads were there that night. Off the hook energy and flawless playing.
