@BlackValkyire Every Civic exhaust except stock pretty much sounds like that... Plus a fart can is usually just a muffler. An exhaust usually runs the length of the bottom of the car. It comes down to the muffler, or lack there of, to determine the pitch. If you have an exhaust hanging off the back of your car you have a loud problem because the exhaust should be attached to the front on the manifold not hanging down ;P I have a full titanium racing exhaust and it sounds REALLY loud.

best mod for a honda is simple to instal and cost about 18k pop the hood, jack up the radiator cap, push the civic out of the way, roll in the 03 cobra, put the radiator cap back down, close the hood, done. you will be happy with your new mod and smoke everything with wheels. the only problem you might have is someday you will have to replace your radiator cap.
