  • @obscurepairings It's lovely Glenn Carter. He played Jesus in West End's and Broadway's "Jesus Christ Superstar" and Tommy De Vito in West End's "Jersey Boys". :)

  • Does anyone know the song that David was singing at the end of Series One Episode Three? I have been looking all over for it but I just can't find it.

  • @AGuyInAHat I can't find a clip of it on youtube... but its a song from Joseph and the technicolour dream-coat called "Close very door to me" Hope that helped!

  • @aliceames Thank You so much! That's the one I was looking for! I should celebrate by watching the whole series...AGAIN!

  • @AGuyInAHat You know what? I think I'm going to do the very same thing! Ahh no better way to finish of your day then a bit of psychoville

  • jack's execution was one of the most terrifying things i ever saw

  • @obscurepairings You will find him in any of the Jersey Boys original london cast clips on here. He is a fantastic Actor/Singer/Song-writer. His name is Glenn Carter.

  • @obscurepairings It's Glenn Close and he has been on Broadway, playing Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar.

  • @doctortehe it's actually Glenn CARTER! I think you'll find that Glenn Close is female?

  • @karenf1001 ...DAMMIT! -facepalm-

  • Lyrics:

And your trusty spade is flippingall the bodies you are tipping and while you mass your clippings from this Disalbo, Haig, and Christen!

    (Cristy)

    (Sorry)

Take some advice from one killer to another, there's always someone worse than you!

In your case its your mother!

    pt. 3

  • Lyrics:

Instead of trying to restrict him, take a trophy from your victim, a clipping of their pubic hairs is good.

If you want to cause a ripple, make a belt from ladies nipples and wear it as you dance round in the woods.

    (Music break)

And while your heart is tripping at the thought of yet more ripping, and your hands they might be slipping, from the neck that they are gripping, and the acid it is dripping, from the body you were dipping.

    pt. 2

  • Lyrics:

It can be such a bore, when faced with yet another whore.

To think of a new method to dispatch her.

So when I'm feeling grand I change my motis operandi.

And that way no one will ever catch ya!

When you've covered all the angles to poisoning and strangles and you haven yet been dragged in to the dark.

It's always much more thrilling. To be inventive with your killing.

But if they catch you, you could get a nasty shock.

    pt. 1

  • i love Jack the Ripper!!...i dont know why but he fascinates me :)))

  • "Don't listen to him, hes got at least 6 personalities."

"Shut up! No you shut up!" lol great show!

  • The blonde lady is Ruth Ellis I think as in that episode they visit a wax works and see her in a similar dress.

  • Anyone noticed that the guy playing Jack the Ripper also played Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar? lols

  • Just lovely ^w^

  • I guess those 3 who disliked this video are already killed by Jack :D

  • HUGE difference between enjoying this kind of stuff and in any way having the desire to kill or believing that there is something cool about it. Clearly some people here have blurred those 2 things.

  • DISGUSTING HOW STUPID THOSE WOMEN THAT JACK MURDERED THEY DIDN'T DESERVE THAT THIS IS NO JOKE

  • @gurlstrock - but Psychoville is meant to be very dark. That is the whole point of the humour. I find it more disgusting that a whole industry has sprung up around Jack, almost glamourising it, giving rise to people like 'bequietfemale' who wants people to say they want to be serial killers. I do not think that Psychoville does this, though I am sure many would say it does.

  • @bequietfemale - what a surprise, a misogynist who also thinks that there is something 'cool' about murder. Sad bastard.

  • thats Viv the Spiv as Ed Gein! he gets around but he never gets a round!

  • what episode was this from? x

  • The blonde woman is meant to be Ruth Ellis, the last women in Britain to be hanged - she was a not a serial killer and many felt at the time that she should never have been hanged.

The dark one seems to be in her nighty - it is defo not West as West was fat with quite short hair and those huge Deirdre Barlow glasses, but I cannot think of anyone who was in her nighty as a memorable image

  • @purplevolcano i'm thinking maybe she played the role of a victim? because as you said it's not really too obvious as to who she could be. :3

  • @horrorgirlish - quitelikely. i think they should have done West as she would have been such a contrast to Ellis and people would have known who it was meant to be - well morbid people like us who know about killers etc!

  • I like the fact they felt they had to name everyone at the end. The die hard's would have got it all at once. I thought the smart looking one was probably John George Haigh or George Joseph Smith (brides in the bath murder), I knew the Reese Shearsmith character was Christie, mainly because of the clothes and the gas mask (although the way he was played could have suggested Hannibal Lector). As far as the women go I got a feeling the blonde is Beverley Alitt, who was a nurse, but not sure.

  • @BelatedCommiseration wooaaahhhh~ slow down there sherlock xD

  • @knightpnyou No!!! Its important!!! (wipes saliva off face and resumes sharpening meat cleaver and assorted implements of butchery)

  • Ohhh God!! I love so much this episode!! Love Psychoville! I love serial killers! :D

  • I like how no-one has attempted to name either of the female murderers. I'm assuming from the outfit the blonde one is Ruth Ellis, though of course she could also by Myra Hindley. Any suggests for the brown haired woman?

  • @thesadwitch Mary Anne Cotton?

  • @thesadwitch Or rose west, I'll have to watch it again now.

  • @thesadwitch the blonde one definitely suggests Myra, but it's hard to tell with the brown haired one, probably rose west. But they don't like to make jokes about the female ones, are you sure they are not supposed to be the victims?

  • 0_o

  • "Sorry, Mum, I did a bad murder".

  • there's lots of diffrent famous murderers in here, there was john christie who had the line about cutting off pubes, he killed one of my relatives! second victim ;) i feel like i've got a connection to these guys now :') is this weird...it probley is...i love murder *shrugs*

  • @Madhatter1903 yup!

it is a bit weird that i feel a part of them because of this isn't it XD

  • Brilliant! Fingers crossed for another song in series two :)

And where is the 'Hygiene' song from League of Gentlemen on YouTube??

  • @gurlstrock Your complaint goes unheard - already hyped for series 2

  • @gurlstrock Fuck off.

  • @gurlstrock Oh, go and watch My Family.

  • Can someone tell me all the names of the killers besides Jack the Ripper? O:

  • @coggearalex Could've asked me! lol I know their "killer" names along with their real names. For instance,

John Goerge Haigh; the Acid Bath Murderer.

    Albert DeSalvo; The Boston Strangler.

  • IM THE 11,001st viewer!

I'm not sure why I posted that.

  • BLOODY ADVERTISEMENTS!!!!

  • Is it creepy that I can identify every killer in this song?

  • For those interested in the story of Jack the Ripper and possible theories of what happened, a friend of mine, Michael Wilson, is publishing a fictional work later this year based on one of his own theories. Search up 'Michael Wilson- Without a Trace' :D

  • nipple belt hahaha lmfao

  • wheres sweeney hes way of a murderer than jack the ripper

  • @animefan0258 David likes Jack the best because they never caught who it was.

  • @animefan0258 true.... but he wasn't real

  • @animefan0258 sweeney wasn`t a real person.....

  • @vulgarshudder Sweeney was from a book called the perl necklace which was based on a real person, like the guy from psycho was based loosly on a real guy.

  • he's fictional

  • i always thought jack the ripper looks good. xD

  • Sounds like the rolex theme a little bit.

  • @Cclord2266 there is Dr. John Christie, who has the gas, Albert DeSalvo a.k.a. The Boston Strangler, and John George Haigh, the Acid Bath Murderer

  • Best Your mom joke ever.

  • i know the song is called jack the ripper, but who are the other murders?

  • @Cclord2266 I saw Ed Gein amongst them at 1:51
