I main Mario so I get outranged by all the high tier characters. You just have to get good at sidesteps, rolls, shorthopping, and (most important for me) grabs. For zelda, you want them above you almost all the time. Her uair takes a while but they cant hit you from above if you get it right. Her usmash is fastest in the game (i think). Plus you can jump, move to their side real fast, and then fair or bair. To sweetspot you just need to learn to range of the attack. Just takes time.

Nice use side-tap B (Djinn's Fire). I like the pull at 2:39. Needs to be more wavedashing though. You totally could have spiked at 3:22, but that would be an ineffective use of attacks. The two benefits of SSBB are Zelda's mid-air spike, and her 'damage-upon landing' feature for up+B teleports. I think a standard mid-air was more appropriate at 4:34. Thanks for the ideas on side-smash edge-guards though. I like the 'thanks for watching' img.

You know, some things are situational. Sure, you can say that they should've done this, or that. But they didn't; things were probably different during the recording or whatever that in retrospect, should've been done differently. But maybe they were trying to do a Dair in the middle of that u-smash chain, or didn't know they had a second jump to come back. Who knows.

Try it again later, it exists, but it's been haven't all kinds of trouble lately. Sometimes I go and it says "Not Responding," "Page Does Not Exist," and so on, but when I check back later it will work, sometimes within a matter of mere minutes later - and then in a few minutes it won't work again :-P

Hmmm. That's odd. Is the file size very large? A good way to compress a file is to open Windows Movie Maker, import your video footage, put it into the timeline, and then File->Save Movie File; the default export settings should be fine. Gamebridge movies have HUGE file sizes (at least, mine did).

Sorry to bother you, but I am really frustrated. When I opened window's movie maker and tried importing my video, a pop up suddenly came up saying that windows move maker encountered a problem. What should I do?

Holy cow, okay. You are not going to like what I am about to tell you, because this may take a long time. IF I remember correctly, sometimes Windows Movie Maker HATES the format Gamebridge vids record in. In this case, you will want to find and download the free STOIK Video Converter. Then you will want to convert each of your vids to, uh, I wanna say WMV. This will take a LONG time. Seriously. What format are the files now? AVI?

Okay, if I remember right, Windows Movie Maker hates MPEGs. Therefore, if you wish to use Windows Movie Maker to compress your file, you should convert it to WMV with a converter like STOIK. However, that file size is not inordinately large, so I don't know why YouTube won't let you upload it; I'm pretty sure they allow MPEGs. Maybe try uploading it from a different browser, like FireFox, and see if you continue to get that error message. Failing all else, convert it like I described.

If you make sure your teleport ends with you landing directly on the ground, there won't be the same kind of lag there is if you allow yourself to reappear in the air and then float and touch ground.

Some video was captured with my digital camera, but most was done using the GameBridge. Windows Movie Maker was used for editing. YouTube won't let me post a link in the comments, but if you go to SmashBoards search out a thread called "How to make super smooth videos" yadda yadda.

How odd. I got a reply, but nothings there, and this is my 5th time checking. An obvious hint for zelda players who don't know about it, zelda's B is similar to Link's semi spike as an edgeguard move, but just not as effective.
