can i get the a recording of this :D

  • Fantastic, I've have now learned this intro from your video. How to you get the sound to modulate, ( go up and down the keyboard ) I have a korg TR.

    Thanks.

  • @pumpman0

I'm just using the pitch bend set to -12, so when I use it, the sound goes down an octave.

  • @Spacemartini Hi! Great great video you've uploadet! I have a Roland G6 and I just wanted to ask you if the sound from your video is already pre-fabricated in the G& or is it a sample you have put in to your Fantom from an external unit? Thanks. :D

  • @Harun250695

This Live set contains only stock sounds. Nothing sampled stuff there.

  • if you want to do mr crowley right .... you've got to use the yamaha cs80....

and dont accidentaly blow it up like don airey did.....

  • Best I've herd thus far. Good playing!

  • MIIIIIIIIISTER CROWLEY!....

  • mr crowley

  • hi! haha well,im starting tolearn this song but I just have a Roland E-100 keyboard. Can I change in my keyboard the chorus voice too??? thankyou! and whats the name of your foot pedal to change it?

  • @cochepui

The Roland E-100 is a low budget arranger keyboard compared to Roland Fantom G which is a very powerful flagship workstation so the interface is very difference and therefore it is not possible to switch sounds in the E-100 as in Fantom G series. I'm using an ordinary sustain pedal to switch between two live sets here.

  • How did you change to chorus voice on second part without any action?

  • @Kw12345ff

I'm using a foot pedal to change between two live sets.

  • no thumb downers you rock

  • Nice.

  • wow nice

  • epic!!!!

    thumbs up if you agree

  • where did you get your sheet music?!?!?!?!?!? i cant seem to find any

  • @hippiecurtis

I checked out som guitar pro-files and figured the rest by ear.

  • @hippiecurtis

I checked some guitar pro-files and figured the rest by ear.

  • This intro gives me goosebumps everytime. Great job!!

  • EPIC STOP! (in a good way)

  • Sounded better than the orginal. The choir was awsome.

  • @runtodemhills I'm pretty sure Ozzy has a choir playing like this when they do this intro live.

  • cool1

  • i think you just sold me on this keyboard lol. and i'm not even looking for a new keyboard =/

  • This is perfect.

  • Very nice! Thanks!

  • that was just perfect !!!!!!!

  • that's bad ass...

  • Please make a tutorial mate :)

  • Yeah could you make a tutorial of this? The tutorial on here already is a comnputer program and it's every part together. even the solos; on piano!

  • This was perfectly played! Could you make a tutorial that shows your hands from birds eye view? It would be really helpful

  • amazing!

  • awesome

  • I found a really good beat making software that is super affordable and really professional- I did a review of the beat making software on my youtube channel.... Use the beat making Software to Sample on your Roland G6... Thats what I do because you can make beats really fast with it.

  • I featured this video on the Facebook Fantom G user group. Please everybody join us, we're over 200 members and counting...

  • finally one that actually sounds like the original, love the intro one of the coolest ever made. thumbs up mate, very nice job.

  • uhh nevermind. Read your comment about switching presets. So what pedal do you use ?

  • I'm using Roland DP 2 sustain pedal to change the live sets in the favourites mode. The pedal is assigned to Favourite Up.

  • Comment removed

  • One of the best keyboard intros to any song ever.

  • Agreed!

  • great !

  • I have a Roland Fantom but a X8, how on earth did you get so close to the sound i can't seem to get near

  • All the sounds I'm using are presets. Maybe you should think upgrading to G8 :)

  • Hey dude that was absolute magic. Well done.

  • Thanks!

  • It's the best I've seen yet. Awesome keyboards man.

  • How did you bring in the voices at the end of intro?

  • For this one I'm using two live sets. They're identical, except the latter live set brings in the choir sound. If you watch carefully, the parts 7 and 8 light before the choir kicks in. That's when I use pedal to change from the first live set to the other. The transition is smooth between the two live sets. That's what I love about my Fantom G..

  • Just bought the g8 what's your patch settings?

  • For the right hand chords, try searching the Other Synth category. For the left hand, search the Synth Bass category. Combine the sounds in Live Mode.

  • nice

almost like the original.. just get the right notes and you're done ^^

  • Maybe you should do a tutorial then...

  • amazing! sounded exactly like it

  • how much are Fantom's ?

  • Mine costed about 2300 euros.

  • tutorial please

  • Yah a tutorial would be awesome

  • Man! That was awesome. This is the only video that has the intro that I have watched.

  • can you get the notes, or a tutorial?

  • OMG !!

  • I have a Fantom XA but can't find the right settings for this intro

can U tell me the category so I can look for it?

  • very nice! do you think you could make a tutorial of how to play this?
