I shot this in HDV on the HC1 using the telemacro setting. All lit with 3200k tungsten lights and all sets were built in a room. I quickly chopped the shots together using Final Cut Express HD (v3) and exported 'using quicktime conversion'. I choses H.264 as the codec and set frame size to 320x180.
I've just uploaded a standard def clip of otters using the same process.
WOW. I've been on youtube a while now, but I've never seen footage this clear. I also have an HC1 but I cant seem to get nearly as clear as this. How do you compress your footage and with what software. Ive been looking everywhere but to no avail. Thanks for the wonderful vid.
