both are PRS' of some kid. the first one, i believe, is a custom 24, and the second is either a SC245 or SC250 (SC245 from the looks of it)

hmm on the first riff you play 5-4 on d string then 4 on g string but it sounds like it should be a 5 on the a string. mayb i'm just tuned wrong
