  • You honestly can't say there aren't bosses out there that just simply like you or they don't like you, that you're either friends or you're not friends, regardless of job productivity. Why specifically is 'friending" them on facebook wrong? What if you friended a boss & they had NOTHING on their profile. They had simply set up a profile because they knew everyone was on facebook & they wanted 2 stay in the networking loop. They don't utilize facebook & what it was really intended for - to share!

  • I think this really only applies unless you have something to hide. What if one were to turn the tables & catch your boss doing something they shouldn't be doing? The key words here are "discrimination" & "workplace bullying". Which is worse? A boss friending you & having better proof of your character - good or bad, or a boss not friending you & assuming your character, filling in all those blanks themselves?

  • MY BOSS DID ! HE MESS UP WITH MY FACEBOOK LAST SATURDAY WITH COMMENTS ABOUT MY PERFORMANCE IN HIS COMPANY,TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,AFTER I TOLD HIM TO TELL ME IN THE STORE AND NOT IN MY FACEBOOK,I DELETED HIM AND NEXT SHEDULE I FOUND OUT MY HOURS CUT TO 20 HRS ,AND HE DID SEND A IMAIL TELLING MY CO WORKERS ABOUT MY LAST JOB (SUNGLASS PLACE) IF U HAVE YOUR BOSS AT UR FACEBOOK GET HIM OUT OF THERE !!
