Elephant Man leaves and Usaid takes up his place but obviously cant sing. The manager and rest of Monster Shock (Elephant Man's crew) are obviously dismayed. Also the dancing Usain does are Thunderclap and Parachute, popular Jamaican dances. Hence the joke.
