This tool sucks. The tape will drag along off the start of the run since the drag of the tape through the mudbox is greater than the grab of the tape on the wall, and it's so big and unweildy that you don't have a free hand to stop the tape sliding along the wall. On an inside corner, for instance, the tape will end up at least 6" off the floor. It's a complete POS. Dont waste your money.

Ensure that the tape wheels are leading - you need to be behind the tape wheels.
Rotate the Mud Box onto the bottom tape wheel and force it against the wall, pinching the tape between the tape wheel and the wall - don't let the tape wheels skid.
The technique is similar in an internal, start with the mud box as low as possible and get it into a position with the tape wheels leading as soon as possible (drop the handle down low).
You must be joking. You can see the tape dragging along the wall in your own video at 1:00. Nice how you took care to edit out what was happening at the start of the run everywhere else.
You have some ok tools. This just doesn't happen to be one of them.

Try following these points:
Ensure that the tape wheels are leading - you need to be behind the tape wheels.

If in doubt - find someone in your area that knows how to use one - there are plenty out there and have been very popular for about 20 years.
