I'm surprised at how polite and respectful Rothschild was. He has a good point. Why does Barrett put one single death in Dallas and another death in Memphis above the 2.5 MILLION deaths going on in Vietnam? Why does Barret place the 4000 deaths in New York above the 100,000-1,000,000 deaths in Iraq? These conspiracies are so irrelevant compared to what is sitting out in the open for all to see- the imperialism of the US, the inequality, etc.

There is good precedence for such a thing- the Gulf of Tonkin incident. It is widely accepted that it was a provocation at best- a complete fabrication at worst. Did "real change" happen? Were Robert McNamara and Henry Kissinger sent to the Hague? Did the US pay reparations?

The war wasn't ended by people running around pointing out that the Gulf of Tonkin was made-up, it was ended because people grew tired of their children and friends dying for a imperialist war in Asia, because they knew the US was annihilating entire nations through carpet bombings, mass killings and chemical warfare.
