do you think the difference between the sl1 and sl3 is worth the extra money to put into the sl1? i mean i think the only difference is the pickups (slightly different) and the sl1 has bidnging, while the the sl3 doesnt. they are both made in the usa right? and great playing and phrasing. this isnt an easy song to cover with all that feeling.

@rickenbacker95 SL1 is different from SL3 in: top (SL1 has a real flame top), fingerboard (ebony), bridge (original floyd rose), mother of pearl inlays, binding. SL1 is made in USA instead of SL3 that's made in Japan. SL3 is a nice constructed guitar, close to an Ibanez prestige (that i actually own), but USA Jackons are esthetically amazing and are maniacally built. Pickups are a personal choose, i prefer the H-H configuration (SL2H-MAH) or hot rail at neck.

@rickenbacker95 the sl3 has a rosewood fingerboard as opposed to an ebony fingerboard. i notice the sl3 is more on the metal side because of the hot rails. i like the sl3 better.

@petkopeet Yes, i used them, but i haven't the SL-3 anymore and i don't remeber if the screws fit well, if the holes are too large you can use a toothpick, and then the screw. Anyway i don't like the straplocks by schaller because of the noise when you move the strap, i suggest you the DiMarzio strap!

He is doing a technique called fluttering, it is when you kind of hit the whammy bar and it vibrates back and forth very quickly to make a fluttering sound, I'm sure there are lots of videos on youtube about it. Hope that helped!

A questo punto, avendo avuto un altra conferma anche da te sul fatto che ti trovi bene, che non sei penalizzato dal ponte che non e' floyd, o dalla produzione che e' giapponese, allora la prendo subito! Non me la faccio scappare. Grazie mille!

If I remember the time is 1/4T of the tap tempo, delay type is digital. For best result try to equalize the delay with more bass and less treble to sound more natural ;)
