The church is missing it's roots which are in the feasts of the Lord. The feasts are a picture of the plan of Salvation. If you study the feasts and the meaning behind them you will become very excited. The first century church were taught by the Jewish disciples about The Lord's Feasts. There are 7 The spring feast have been fulfilled by Jesus and the 3 that are left the Feast of Trumpets the return of Christ for His Own when we go to His Fathers house where stay during 7 yrs of hell on earth.
Therefore no one will be declared righteous in His sight by observing the Law, rather, through the Law we become conscious of sin. Romans 3:20 All who rely on observing the Law are under a curse. Galatians 3:10 Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a SABBATH DAY. Colossians 2:16
Romans 2 says that "Not the hearers of the law are declared right in the sight of God, but the doers." Faith requires beleiving and obediance to the Messiah. He said to walk as he walked and if we love him, to keep his commandments. We trust in Him for our salvation, and walk as he walked because as Philipians says "Faith without works is dead." Col 2:16 is for those who do observe God's law. The Jewish law(talmud) is different than God/moses/Jesus's law-the Torah.
