Trying to watch Mr. Belvedere.........STREAKS ON THE CHINA NEVER MATTERED BEFORE....WHO CARES.....WHEN YOU DROP KICK YOUR JACKET WHEN YOU COME THROUGH THE DOOR...NO ONE CARES!!!!!!!!!
probably the only childhood show I'm most-likely to sing to myself while in the shower. For some reason I still remember all the lyrics. Why? I have absolutely no idea.
Streaks on the china, never mattered before, who cares. When you dropped kicked your jacket As you came through the door, No one glared. But sometimes things get turned around And no one’s spared. All hands look out below T here’s a change in the status quo. Gonna need all the help that we can get. According to our new arrival Life is more than mere survival We just might live the good life yet.
When I was a kid in the 80's, I would listen to this song close to my beating heart.. The 80's was such pure joy for me as a kid until I hit the booze divorce 3 of my wives and went on a crack binge for yrs....
Is the episode "The Field" where George grand slams off of Wesley uploaded anywhere? For those of you who know the episode, is there a person in America who wasn't rooting for Dad?
I actually didn't back then , of course I was a wee kid , but I actually found her more attractive in the reruns when I was a bit older. Funny how things work.
FINALLY! After klicking on 2 links to find the theme song before this one I finally find the right on. The other 2 clips were of a dumb cunt and 2 fags doing "impressions" of the theme song.... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

The Family Guy is for idiots and nostalgics.......oh wow, did you hear that pop culture reference, oh wow, did you see that pop culture reference......my generation is soulless.
One suggestion though, vhsrobot: I suggest putting up a disclaimer saying that this show is a property of 20th Century Fox. and that this video is intended for entertainment purposes, and no infringement is intended, because Fox likes to take down a lot of videos related to this show. And I don't want your account to get taken away, because of that.
BTW, seeing that you also live in the L.A. area like I do, do you recall during which years this show was syndicated in the L.A. area? All I know is that it made its syndication debut in the L.A. area in the fall of 1989
Actually, the shows' syndicated history began in September 1987. Until January 1988, it was seen on ABC's daytime schedule as a Monday-Friday strip. They aired reruns from the shows' first 3 seasons, and this was right around the time that the show was going into its 4th season.
I think maybe THAT was when they discarded the earlier opening credits to the show in favor of the shortened season 4 & 5 one.
Not only was this version never in the syndicated run, but so were the opening credits to the pilot episode, and the opening credits to season 3. All of them were replaced with the truncated season 4 & 5 opening.
However, the pilot opening, and this opening will all be reinstated on Shout! Factory's upcoming season 1 & 2 DVD release.

I'm pretty sure this is what they did. I know all the words to the original one, but when it was syndicated, I'm 99% certain it was EXACTLY this.
