Grande Ronde River - in Oregon near the Oregon/Washington/Idaho border. It's an annual trip with a bunch of guys from Pendleton, Oregon - We party, perform music and fish steelhead and we're definitely Gourd friends. Thanks for the comment. Let'er Buck!

@rlnaughton I just want to let you know that the pictures are beautiful. I grew up on tollgate and have spent 25 years of my life rafting the grande ronde. I'm a huge gourds fan, and can't wait for next year to see them at the country fair. Its nice to see i'm not the only one who loves the grande ronde and the gourds. Can't wait to move back to that area. Its definitely home. I went to school at Weston McEwen in Athena.

@rlnaughton I live in St.Augustijne FL now but grew up in Pullman WA. I'm going to see the Gourds at a tiny place in Jacksonville sat nite and was looking for vids of 'em to send a friend to see if he wanted to check 'em out. I cannot tell you happy it made me to see your pics of the Grande Ronde. I spent a lot of time down there and up around Wawai state park and the north fork of the clearwater. The ocean's great but I sure do miss my home. No better place on earth. THANK YOU!
