Germany, France, United Kingdom and even Portugal are rich countries in both senses. South Africa, Angola, Egypt, Tanzania and/ or Congo are very rich when it comes to resources. But when it comes to wealth distribution, there's 1 or 2 rich men, that make the GDP of the country high, and the rest of the pop. lives with 1 dolar per day.

But we also exploited the American colonies (Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and France, especially), and American immigrants behave/ integrate in a far better way than Africans.
