Hey rebelyell91, im 14 and i was wondering if a 250 would be a good bike for me in about 2 years, im 5,"11" and 111 pounds, thanx 4 the tips and inspireing vids.ive rode with my dad on his yamaha fz6 and i love the feeling when the other bikers ride past u and give u the wave.

@daddyoca69 Yeah Its something like a milimetre of fabic/skin every 2 foot at 30 mph. So a Shirt wouldn't do a whole lot at 50 - 60 mph. Jackets or leathers on the other hand will save your ass!

Even 501's acted like sand paper and areas I know didnt slide got tore up from binding.. So either leather/race suit up or fuck it..

It's funny that you pointed out the guy on the bike with no shirt. 2 weeks ago I was in the Philippines and people there ride with shorts, sandles, no shirt sometimes and no helmet for the most part and up to 4 or 5 people on one motorbike. Their bikes are small compared to what we have here, most are 100 to 125 cc. I even rode one with shorts and sandles, but I was wearing a shirt because I'm all about safety and stuff.

the Phils was cool, I'm going back in Feb. I was told that there are no speed limits outside the small towns where a stayed, south of Maasin. Kind of sucks, no speed limit and bikes with small engines, but I guess when there are chickens and dogs running around, going fast is not such a good idea.
