When I do this, I feel 3 pulses happening simultaneously. My breath becomes so fine and minimal it seems to almost stop. It becomes an excellent meditation as my thought, too, is minimal. I havent noticed any historic or future stuff. Its like they dont exist. Also no geometry although the tube,center,and torroidal sphere, are palpable, and can be seen. Especially the heart.
