@Tilan123 I didn't make him that way. I wish I could say it was me. This rooster started hanging out in my oak tree at night instead of his own yard next door. I remember when the man brought him home, he could handle both the hen and rooster.
@InflamousAyame possums just keeping on coming to my house but i use to have a mini dooberman that he use to be friends with a rooster(and use to scare away possum and racoons and other dogs) i had but some one stole him and ome stole my rooste all have right now is two small rooster and two small hens
how old is he? My wife and I recently adopted a rooster and we don't know the age of him and would like to get some sort of idea. He is about twice the size of Jiminy. One morning we found him roosted on the brushguard of my truck and he's stayed with us ever since. We named him foghorn leghorn.
I know this rooster is at least 3 years old. He belonged to my neighbors and when something started eating them, he and 5 hens moved into my yard and started sleeping in the oak tree by the stairs. This spring, something ate 3 of my hens and I am down to 2 hens and Jiminy. Well, we just had 3 babies hatch 3 weeks ago and hope they'll be ok for the next few years.

@solidsnake31117 We think an owl got him and a few of the hens. They slept in our oak tree by the stairs and were picked off one by one.

it's o.k. I just wish I could have done something to help him. I found him the next day half eaten and still alive. It was horrible!!
