Somewhat. Second Opinion follows UtKs storyline up until the end of chapter 5. Chapter 6 only mentions the ship where Delphi did their research, but has its own unique storyline.

@girlgamer2 actually studies have shown that surgeons operate better when they have their favourite music in their heads. the opposite effect is shown when music they don't like is played. (i don't know who would sign a paper saying "sure i'll let the surgeon listen to music while he operates on me!")
