I am beginning to wonder about this project and the entire modern transition of Dubai. Just because one amasses the resources to build something this grand does not necessarily mean they should. WilI all of these gleaming structures on The Palm and mainland Dubai ever be filled to capacity. Consider the support population necessary to carry this out. These residents will need jobs, GOOD JOBS, to afford this lifestyle. I think Dubai is on it's way to becoming a city without a "soul".
I only see construction workers. There are alot of quistionable motives behind this city sudden boom. Why are they building all these towers, the region has very few natural resources to sustain it, the native population is small, there is no industry they can speak of, nor the need of such. It is troubling to see the waste treasures in constructing such a massive city. I hope the citizens of Emarites realize that. But Iam confidant that the officials and the shieks disagree with me.

to bad construction is really poor there, those hotels are going to have major problems in a few years, went up to fast, and hidden problems under paint will show soon. i worked there for years and saw the shit construction. they look good on the outside, but underneath they are not up to code and will fall apart. and to bad they killed the oceans
and to think all this was made by mam!! wow so if in couple of years we run out of place to live the gov could just build more of there islands.. wat do u think
