The WSOBP rules are simple. Whoever shoots the ball first, only gets one shot. 3 re-racks, at 6, 3 and 1. you have no say what the re-racks are. Bother players make a cup, only 1 ball back not 2. and NO ELBOW RULE. To all the people complaining, elbow rules make the game drag on forever.....We have tournaments on Monday nights, with WSOBP rules and 100 dollar prize in Orlando.
