I was there and I tell you, DMG/AMA is a frickin' joke and is the only series that feels the need to have either a "safety car" or a "safety bike". WTF is that all about Roger? Trying to kill someone to get media coverage? I pray that does not happen and as Dean Adams from The Soup says "When Kevins Cameron and Schwantz walk out of your press conference, you got a problem!"
The UK National Series (British Superbike) uses a safety car. There is a clip from Cadwell Park (a notorious course) where a rider falls off and officials go with the blinking-light saloon.
The riders and marshals were both guilty here. Once the marshals brought the CX-7 on course, the Safety Car boards should have come out immediately. Buell's safety bike idea is a joke since a safety car/truck is to have two people observing track conditions and communicating with stewards and riders.
That slipper clutch sounds awesome. I want one! Too bad about WWFCAR. Why don't the overpaid superstars buy out DMG as a tax shelter? Then start building sportbikes in USA for the first time evar?
Thanks very much for posting this. DMG has clearly demonstrated a complete lack of ability to operate a motorcycle series, and I hope information like what's seen in this video helps them (or whoever) put things right.

@picipici2 its a yamaha r1, cross plane crank so the firing order of the pistons are changed, making an almost v-twin sounding bike
