  • i have 3 stagg cymbals and i love them! They are soooo Coooool!

  • Hmmm I may wanna get my hand on these if I can. I already love Dream, and I think the combination could be great.

  • Based off the sound in this video alone, these seem A LOT better than many "higher end". Im definitely gonna have to check these out.

  • right 29th december im throwing £450 ($711) at these cymbals! they are amazing!

  • Given the choice, even if I had the money to dress my kit in A customs, HHX, whatever I would choose Stagg. They've proved way more durable and better sounding than any cymbal i've ever used on my kit. Even A Custs crack fast compared to these and I'm a harder. Of course though I'd choose Paiste Rudes or K customs over these but you get what i'm saying.

  • no shit!? all staggs are B20? ..fuck i gotta get one

  • That 14" Hi-Hats just sounds awesome.

  • My first cymbals were all SH stagg. Let me just tell something

My 16" crash sounds as good as a AAX Stage crash and the price is the half of a AAX stage crash :)

  • This brand should be a major brand like Zildjian or Paiste!

Why? Cuz they are better then Sabian

  • never underestimate the power of stagg.....these cymballs sound gr8 and r the most under-rated ive seen

  • in my opinion they are the best cymbals out their

  • OMG I love that sound! And ofcourse there price! I have a SH 8'' Splash and i love it, so today i want to the musicstore and i bought a 14'' crash from the SH line. Not perfect, but it sounds really good for only 39 euros!

  • OMG i'm going to buy a 14'' SH for only 39 euro. Amazing. <'3

  • Just ordered the Stagg SH 13" Rock Hi Hats and a Myra Rock Crash 16"... SO excited for them to come! I'll definitely be looking into more Stagg cymbals in the future! :)

  • can't choose from furia or myra...it would be great to listen to samples...

  • are they good for thrash metal playing. u know the hitting hard and fast?

  • Sound good, underrated cymbals

  • I swear by these cymbals, they sound incredible, they LAST, and they dont cost you an arm an and leg to buy!

  • I wish they had stock offered on the market!!!!

  • Of all the inches it is the black metal that touches in the min 2:18, is of 6 or 7?

  • to be completely honest, I had expected stagg cymbals to be bad. But my god, they sound amazing

  • Comment removed

  • I bought an 18" SH Thin crash from these guys for $100 (link in the video description) and it's AWESOME. No pangy or ringy aftertones (as I might have expected at that price range ), just a nice, loud, darker, complex sounding crash. I was actually originally wanting a Paiste Twenty Thin crash in 18 and for the price this actually sounds comparable!

  • Very impressive. Why can I buy them?

  • Do the SH 16" china's all sound that dark and responsive? Which of the DH and SH are generally darker?

  • The DH ones are quite bright, not as bright as Paiste cymbals but I use them for Metal and they cut through brilliantly (My DH 18" Crash is louder than the guitars!). With the DH cymbals I feel like the larger the cymbal, the darker the sound.

    xo.

  • The DH series is a brilliant finish, giving them a brighter sound, SH regular(natural ) finish gives them a trashy, earthy sound.

  • @augenmaugen The DH have a brilliant finish, so they sound a lot brighter than SH. SH have a natural rough finish, so its having a lot rougher sound.

  • I´m getting a 18" medium thin exo crash

It just sounds great with great control and

    brilliance

Before I had a 18" meinl byzance medium thin crash (like chris adler) but this one sounds a lot better 5/5

  • these sound really good for the price, but i still love my paiste 2002's...a mountain crumbles every time i crash my 24 inch ride. Yes, I am a bonham fan lol.

  • You could either spend 300$ on a sabian hand-hammered or 80$ on a Stagg hand-hammered... hmmm... :p

  • I just got a stagg SH 17" thin crash for £60 and it kicks my mates A custom all over the place. It's a shame that so many people look down on stagg because their cheap and have no endorsers. I guess thats their loss!

  • which cymbl series are the crashes? and the 18''?

  • i think this made me jizz my pants a little

  • i just fell in love with the exo rides.. i think i'm gonna buy one

  • STAGG KICK A** :D GREAT CYMBALS!!!

  • of course, now i new that stagg really sounds great. but they sound like jazz stuff. nothing for rock/metal mix

  • godfucking damn need some stagg cymbals. ;) have some already but need some chinas, their chinas sound soft and agressive at the same time. warm. aweomse.

  • what size is the bell?

  • 6" ive got 1 they fukin ruleee

  • ive got a stagg 15 in classics medium thin crash. It is awesome!

  • I got a stagg 14'' crash for £20 new and its great i might buy a few more in the future

  • I want the DH 18" Medium crashhh sounds well nice (: and i can get it for slightly more than what i paid for a ZBT rock crash :S WTF what have i been doing?! :L And i just spent £250 on a A Sweet ride but the ride on here sounds just as nice tbh :L

  • im getting that along with a 18'' for my b-day in 2 days

  • If you are a serious musician and do care a lot about how you sound don't just take it from endorsers because half of what they say is business. When i heard about Stagg I went to a store and checked them. Their cheapest line the SH sound and feel a mile better than A custom fast crashes...atleast to my own ears and taste. how much did I pay for a 16 SH Regular Thin Crash? US$55

Brand is just a subliminal advertisement. I don't say they are bad but there are some that is better in generic line.

  • EXACTLY!!!

  • ya meinl in the background! but stagg are good too.

  • All Staggs are cast, B20. Cool huh?

  • Thank you for sharing this information!

  • The drummer of Pink, the drummer of Within Tempation and Nils Berger play with Stagg cymbals! :D

  • Man, I love Stagg. They are so cheap! And the sound is amazing. I've got an 8'' splash of Stagg, and it sounds amazing. Even way better then my Pst 3 10'', that's crap.

Stagg sounds great, but why has every pro-drummer Zildjian or Sabian or something? I think that's because of the brand. Stagg drums aren't that good -.- But the cymbals are great.

So, if you want some cheap cymbals with a good sound? Try STAGG!

  • wooow man, this cymbals sound great, especially the 16 in rock and the 15 in medium thin, even that guy said it sounded great jaja

  • how have i never heard of these

  • Wow those crashes sound pretty damn good. They sound dryer and less glassy than say an A custom or AA's but MUCH better than the B8's. If they cost the same, i am sold.

  • but where can you get em, im not american, but i may go to miami or orlando

  • They are even cheaper than the B8's! :D

  • sh = cheap and awesome.

    imma buy

  • Indeed, zildjian are good. but stagg ROCK

  • i think the SH china sounds better than DH . i'll buy one it's great!

  • u only pay for the name wen u buy zildjian!

  • i have zildjian cymbals and does anyone agree that stagg cymbals sound exactly the same as zildjians but are alot cheaper. zildjian should be put out of buisiness along with sabian over stagg!

  • HAHA!... Ryan...

  • So good!

  • god.

the splahes sh, and the crashes dh sound great!

  • cool cymbals!!!

  • I just got a DH 22" Exo heavy ride and - my god! - it's the best cymbal I've ever played! It's pingy, trashy, great wash if you use the shoulder of the stick and all for about a third the price of a similar spec Z*ldj**n or S*bi*n. Love it!!

  • those splashes sound like petite crashes, a lot of wash on them.

  • i have the 12" china cymbal its the best cymbal ever

  • I have the DH and the SH cymbals in my set. I got both of them for the price of 1 regular Zildjian. Really great sounding cymbals for a good price. The SH and the DH sound great when you hit them at the same time.

  • i'm definately gettin me some stagg

  • i don't like the chinas. the others sound good for the price. especially the crash cymbals.

  • The splashes did not sound that good, but everything else, especially the DHs sounded fantastic.

  • Yeah, I gotta agree with you there. The splashes were "mehhh". The hi-hats, though... WOW! I gotta get me some of those.

  • my hole set is stagg! I love them!

  • cheers for the video, impressed by the DH series, maybe you could do a test on the Myra and Furia series

  • i got a ide from stagg and a splash!

  • I just bought the 15" crash medium and I love it, a lot of cymbal for your money. This video helped me deside on the next buy, STAGG!!!

  • i also have that cymbal...and im very happy with it as well.
