you no if u really look at it in low quanity u can see a good view of the planet and the planet in the beggining in halo 2, the covenet planet the look pretty similar but what is that planet called that the covenet are on in the beggining of halo 2

The covenant did not destroy the planets. they blasted it, making buildings turn to dust. its just a flat planet besides mountains. Reach is still there but you need a spacesuit or ba a spartan with full armor to be there. The covenant destroyed the atmoshere.

There's already a sequel to Halo 3... it's called "Marathon."

One of Bungie's first games (and where they got their entire idea for Halo from the beginning). It's a PC only game like DOOM.

Half of a ship crash lands into a loading dock on a planet covered in machinery. Supposed "forerunners" exist there. There's a super-soldier marked "117", but I can't remember the name. There's an AI female named "Sierra."

If they continue the story, it'll be called "Halo: Marathon" or something like that.

there can not be a sequel because on the back of the halo 3 case it says "The Stunning Conclusion to the halo trilogy" and no halo 3:ODST does not count as a sequel because it is based in the time between halo 2 and halo 3 but it would be so awesome if there was I bet it would be called Halo 3: Fore Runner.
