I have an 03 facelift and couldn't understand why they didn't program the key to be able to close the roof one of the few disappointments i have with it but the really big one is the damn exhaust pipe looks like it could have have from a 1.4 ford fiesta even my old E36 320i single exhaust looked the bizniz

Thx for video. How does one "program" this? Is there a module that must be purchased (from ebay?) & is there a DIY install/programming? If so, please PM me or post link here....thx again! PS. nice 330.

@bmw4ever55 there isn't a module on my newer car but it is on my old car v=Ac2SdTKI108 as I fitted a module from eBay (£100ish)
On this car, you press & hold unlock key & roof opens. It doesn't shut by key but it can possibly be reprogrammed using correct software/cables but not by the average person. Try key in drivers door & unlock car but keep key turned & it may also open roof. It may also lock roof if you hold while locking car
