I don't know Ana Miller from Lucy Lui, but I'm a big fan of Total Immersion.
Nonetheless, you'd have to be a gullible as the gatekeepers of Troy to believe that anyone goes from (1) being unable to swim one pool length, to (2) reading the book in one sitting to (3) doing all the drills in a *single* hour, and ending-up being able to "swim indefinitely" after that single hour.
I'm surprised Terry let such commentary see the light of day.
