the repulsive cheat is unlocked after you complete grid world. you have to win all the races and get all the trophies and beat all the head to heads. I unlocked it already. with it, a barrier is applied to your car and when you come within a foot or so to another car, it blasted them out of the way, leaving your car untouched

When you beat the game you can have them but you can't start a "New Game" with No Damage or Speed Boost. You have to buy them.

I spent a lot of time beating this game and in the end, it's not worth it.
