To anyone against marijuana but have used alcohol I would like to direct you to the 18th and 21 amendments respectively. Then compare the death ratio between alcohol/marijuana over the course of human history (DIVIDE BY ZERO SHIT!!!). Then look back at the 18th and 21st amendments and repeat until you see a flaw in the war on drugs.

46.1% of the voters in California think it should be legal and the numbers will keep growing each time it is put to a vote. We can clearly see the next step is fix the federal laws on this. We just have to wait for a few people that were lied to about it to look around, do some critical thinking and see there is more harm in prohibition than imbibing a weed from time to time.

I think he may have been doing more than just smokin' weed. All marijuana users I know are intelligent, healthy, and peaceful. They range anywhere from your child's schoolteachers, to nurses, to police officers, to humanitarians. I've met people from all walks of life who smoke. LEGALIZE IT!!!

please site your source when saying pot is "7 times" more lethal. Any unfiltered cigarette will increase the carcinogens in the lungs but a heavy pot smoker will only have 2-4 smokes a day, and vaporizers or putting it in food reduces the health issues to near zero. its not heroine or meth.

there are actually many differnt herbs that are used by inhaling smoke. They have been shown to help asthma, colds and other respiratory problems. not all smoke is the same. smoke has a bad stigma attached to it from the absolute toxic fumes put off from the chemical additives, preservatives, fillers and radioactive fertilizers used in cigarettes.

yes, while high there is impairment but judgement and motor skills are less impaired than many prescription drugs and certainly alcohol
look, these little details aren't the entire reason to legalize it - it is a attempt to demonstrate that new ways of thinking about our nations drug policy should be looked at with fresh ideas that respect individual rights and save our tax dollars

the present system gives the liquor store owner a huge incentive NOT to sell kids liquor or cigarettes but the pot dealer has has every incentive to sell to kids. how is that a good idea?
