  • The doctor is describing the difference between the more common flexible flat foot in comparison to the rigid flat foot. However, functionally the flexible flat foot is still flat. The Orthaheel product is great (I own a pair) but I am not a fan of his communication method with patients as seen in this video. It is somewhat counterproductive.

  • but why does excess pronation occur?

  • thanks
