Dagorhir is my one true love but this looks fun still. I guess its a matter of imagination, patience and creativity to determine whether you like LARP or not
I do larping too... and ... not all larps are THIS nerdy. It really is fun, but the one I'm involved with did away with all the math and "5 normal damage/2 silver" all that stuff. A hit's a hit. period. And people aren't generally THAT dramatic.

I play Larp all the time. I just called it Live Role Playing, but whatever. I have me, and several other friends that play Larp. But sometimes it can get outta hand, especially if you have to many people, that all want to be the main character. 5 is usually enough. But then, of course, we had 10 people play before, 5 guys and 5 girls. 3 girls were bad guys 2 were good. 2 guys were bad guys. 2 were good. And then we had this idiot, that didn't do anything. -_-"

Yeah, a lot of people do. The biggest league in the US is Dagorhir. Unlike them in the video, Dagorhir isn't really based on the whole role playing part. They're bigger on beating the crap out of each other with swords. The whole spell thing and pretending you're an orc or something isn't needed, people just sometimes do it in Dagorhir. As well the uniform code is more relaxed compared to other leagues in the US and Europe. .
