it's actually me on drums...Dave, here...hi everyone! I was fortunate to be Shannon's drummer on her Loud Guitars, Big Suspicions Tour in 2000. We started out on Good Morning America, then did 8 dates with Mellencamp (with Dane, not with Kenny, although that would've been a blast) and our own tour...then later dates with the Indigo Girls, Thorogood, and ending with Farm Aid in Sept. An amazing experience--my first major label tour and I'm grateful to have shared the stage with world class talent
@TheBade8 That's cool! Glad to hear from you! This was the first show I ever video'd - I hadn't had the camera that long. These days everyone has one on their phone, back then, you had to tote around one of those big clunky things. (Shot on Hi8)
No you are wrong... Here she is around 22. She was 14 when she did her first cd, but that was many moons ago. She took a hiatus to get out of her recording contract. I grew up 10 mi from her home town in MN.
You are wrong. ... and her debut album, Loud Guitars, Big Suspicions, was released on indie label Pop Sense Records, headed by her manager, Jake Walesch. She co-wrote seven of its 11 songs and recorded them when she was 13. (this is from an interview from January 31, 2000. At that time she was 14.

@shanni71 that explains why its so out of tune. She just needs a guitar tuner and some autotune, and she'll be a huge star.

she is finally touring 2010.
this video is like 10 years old...
I am planning on going to her concert in Kalamazoo April 16th.

I like how it is in kind of a waltz tempo. Her new stuff rocks, too - she is a kickass guitar player.

She's not only a kickass guitar player, but also a kickass songwriter, and has a kickass singing voice. I've also heard she's incredibly nice.

Mighty good stuff.

Nope, I'm sorry, but that's not Kenny on drums.

With a name like "Aronizer" I will take your word for it.

Haha, okay. Bt I'm pretty sure. He only recorded the album with her.
That drummer is also bald, but he definitely isn't Kenny.

Don't throw away your guitar in disgust, but she is 14 years old in this video! (13 when the album was recorded)

I taped this in 2000 - 7 years ago. She may be 22 now - but she wasn't back then

I retract my earlier statement. This stage setup looked very similar to the Eagen, MN concert she did 2 years ago...
