Eugenics and evolution are NOT the same thing. The concept of eugenics goes way back before the theory of evolution came along, but was first adopted by america, and that is how hitler got the idea. That is when eugenics fell out of favor in america.

I just did a paper on eugenics and genetic screening of fetuses for the purpose of voluntary abortion. It is a movement to improve the human race.
