There is a different standard stitch, but people develop their own personal styles and techniques for crocheting. I learned the standard way, but changed to what I preferred and there is nothing wrong with that.

Cool video, I triple crochet a different way though, I have a booklet that says to do something different from that.:3 I did that and it came out a different style, Good but the stitches were tiny :3. This is good if u don't want your scarf to be very bulgy

Stupid is Alysa! calligraphlover and montrealstars60 are right . I tried to make a scarf off of this and it turned out tiny. It also looked weird and I did follow all the diredctions . So Alysa from expert village go get yourself a makeover and get your directions right before sharing them with people.
