It's a Buff Orpington 100% sure.

Leghorns have big combs and white ear lobes, and crow in soprano voice(like

some in the background). It's not Foghorn,

either(wrong colour). So 'Pain' can be the only true word left

leghorns can be brown/golden! Most are white but the do have a brown leghorn breed

does that rooster look like a gamefowl? :P.. also. notice the pens are close. try putting to gamefowls pens close together and you will have messed up birds. also hens in the background. hens dont fight. neither do Leghorns,
