Germany has very good voice actors for sure, but a big part of the humour in South Park has to do with the fact that Trey Parker and Matt Stone do almost all the voices by themselves. That includes the singing voices! The way they did the Bono voice and the Kanye West stuff is amazing too.

The educational advantages are very noticeable where I'm from, Holland. Here the majority of english speaking people have learned it the exact same way like me. Over here almost everything is subtitled, and we definitely do not dub songs. And regarding yiu guys having great voice actors, well let's just agree on disagreeing :p
