  • Amazing Rich Hall, he just kicks ass :D

  • One can only imagine his punchlines for Asquith, had he lived then.

    (From an American.)

  • Definitely not enough Rich Hall on Youtube.

  • Hilarious. Wasn´t Hall one of the comedians on "Not Necessarily The News"?

  • @Renfeildette I think he said "two gay antiques dealers" not stealers

  • "spent two years governing 8 thousand square metres of snow" That killed me :)

  • Nice to have an American comedian appear regularly in the UK. Especially when its Rich Hal! Haha hilarious guy

  • i hate this guy

  • If has been wants to talk about accomplishments and presidential material... he shouldn't use Obama as a standard. Also, it's one thing to help people laugh at themselves and another to just be mean and grossly inaccurate.

  • seen him live twice, my god he keeps getting funnier

  • I don't get the 'gay antique stealers' joke around :20 ... can someone explain?

  • @Renfeildette - Gay Antiques Dealers.

  • i love the bit about the coalition :L

best joke i've heard all year haha

  • regardless of who's hijacking the tea party, i think distrust of the government is the healthiest thing you can have. and i think the people who show up at those tea parties have their hearts in the right place, but many of them are straying again from the original intent of the tea parties, which was no partisan and more libertarian in ideas.

  • @AlterBridgelmmcc i think Palin is a sex-god? my assumptions were hopeful and based on ideology NOT nationality, however, you make me want to think everyone from the UK is a dipshit/fuckwad. It's just really pleasing to see that you're getting what you deserve politically. End communism? That's all you think he was good for? And all Mother Teresa did was wipe Indian asses? But you are right in me KNOWING that Mexico and Canada are not relevant...as you're nearly becoming. Sad.

  • @jeremyfinch Now you bring Mother Teresa into this? The vile woman who funneled charitable donations from well-meaning people into building temples of suffering for the sick and dying in a depraved attempt to get the poor to empathize with Christ on the cross and to spread Catholicism in India and tackle real evils like birth control and female education and female emancipation?

Funny how when I feed the poor they call me a saint, yet when I ask why the poor are hungry they call me a communist.

  • Democracy doesn't exist you idiots. You can vote all you like but you will never get away from the fact that banks and multi-national corporations dictate every aspect of your life.

  • @bobokk Cue the black helicopters...

  • I'm so sorry everyone for turning a comedy short into a political thread, but Tea Party sympathizers just called everyone else stupid and intolerant. You've got to stand up to that kind of idiocy where you can.

  • @darkmiles22 considering that comedians probably want their material to generate discussion and thinking (well, depending on the type of material)....id say you're on the right track.

  • This man just bores the shit out of me :/ and I usually love Live at the Apollo

  • @AlterBridgelmmcc Your comment is "incontinent"--takes the piss out of me for sure. Only a complete jackass would support this idiot's political humor. He's a fuckwad (a word I'm sure you admire). You probably think John Paul II was an asshole? Go wind up someone else, like your sex doll...you fucking twat. So sick of you liberal numb-nuts believing only your opinions matter. You Rosbifs are getting your rewards of poor leadership, too. Canada/Mexico DON'T matter in this hemisphere, do they?

  • @jeremyfinch JPII cracked down on non-issues like birth control and stem cells (which as an unintended consequence have led directly to the spread of deadly disease), not to mention persecuting and demeaning gays while not giving two flips about the child rape in his own house. Of course he welcomed the end of communism, more sheep to baptise! He's supposed to get points for doing something that obviously in his own favor? JPII cared about his own power and rules in a book, not human suffering.

  • wanker

  • Ahhh....the enduring myth of St Ronnie. Perhaps the most wildly overhyped figure in American history. And no....the Dems and Reps are NOT equally bad. False equilvalency. The Dems have moved to the right while the Reps have moved into crazy land without a single meaningful policy idea in the last 25 years.

  • @met66 i LIVED during "St. Ronnie" so there's no hype there....I watched the Berlin wall come down after his endless courage for social progress. Dems moved to the right? Are you high? Obama is a right-leaning Democrat? Gawd, if that's what you believe, keep smokin' the herbs "dude." Isn't anybody who can help you. Neither party has had truly beneficial policy made....NEITHER (as i alluded earlier). However, some leaders are better than others. Now go apologize to your mother for being stupid.

  • @jeremyfinch Reagan was a regressive who halved the top income tax margin and exploded the debt. He risked world peace for what? To get rid of communism? In their 70 year history the USSR avg. income grew 6x compared to only 4x growth in the US over the same period. Stalin was a ruthless and intolerant dictator who killed tens of millions, but that's cause he was totalitarian, not a communist. Reagan was a mad ideologue willing to burn the world so his home team could win and damn the people.

  • @darkmiles22 improving an economy is not what makes a leader great...besides, an economy in a free market society is on the peoples' shoulders mostly. Only when it's governed by a tyrant can the blame go to him.

Exactly! Damn everyone else, and win for the home team!! Exactly why he was a great leader, you twat. What, he was supposed to help you out personally? Or Hakeem from Sodom? No, he needed to care about us and he did. Bless him!

  • @jeremyfinch "Damn everyone else, and win for the home team!!"

Well that explains a lot; you can't recognize greatness. My America is dedicated to universal values of democracy, civil liberty, and equal rights. It is a shining city on a hill for all people regardless of gender or race or nationality or belief or sexual preference. Love, empathy, solidarity with others, these are morally superior to self-interest and more efficient for society as a whole to boot (though not for billionaires).

  • @jeremyfinch I tried to limit my reply to two comments this time, but screw it, I wanna know. How do you do it? How do you shake a man's hand and look him in the eye and know deep down you don't give a damn what happens to him? How do you not care? I guess what I'm asking is, how does it feel to be a psychopath?

  • @darkmiles22 just like you lumps...equating a political issue with morality. how about spirituality? it's funny you condemn me for not caring of others when it's only me who knows how much i do independently for the poor, the homeless, the down-trodden. that particular slam doesnt effect me in the least...if you only knew, you self-righteous jackass. We dont live in a democracy. Civil liberties are granted to everyone already as are equal rights...why support this comic's insults?

  • @jeremyfinch If everyone already has equal rights then why aren't gays allowed to get married or enter the military? Why don't women have control over their own bodies? Why aren't all residents granted citizenship regardless of where they were born?

We don't live in a perfect democracy, but that's all the more reason to rage against the party machine. Support public campaign financing, public media, and preferential voting as opposed to yes-no voting to allow more viable choices at the polls.

  • @darkmiles22 "your" America would have your values overrun the freedoms of others under the guise of your rhetorical bullshit. in "your" America, if a person can conceive of something asinine or horrid, it's okay for them to do, and that their "rights" should be defended no matter what. You're sick, man, sick.

Every country should have THEIR OWN Tea Party (and i mean the ORIGINAL one!) THEY should rebel for freedoms, food, stability...not look to US to do it for them; they'll never value it!

  • @jeremyfinch Most "illegal" immigrant are taxpayers, yet they are hounded by their own government. They are Americans too and calling them names won't change that.

There's only two things I consider horrid: human suffering and destruction of knowledge. You have to preserve the freedom the asinine to make fools of themselves in order to morally claim the freedom of expression for yourself. Care to give an example of what makes me "sick?"

Politics is applied morality. What did you think it was?

  • @jeremyfinch Typical. It's their fault they're poor. We who live in relative luxury have no duty to help the starving masses. It can't possibly be that capitalism is based on bargaining power and not how hard you work or how burning your need.

The poor have no bargaining power. There's plenty of muscle out there, too much supply and not enough demand. Plus there's a lot more workers than corporations, giving employers a natural advantage in the labor market with which to drive wages down.

  • and how does it feel to be deluded? can't you see how pointless this is? you have no idea how messed up you are....and i'd hazard a guess you've not lived enough life outside the states to know much of anything to make comparisons. we are the shit, made so by the ppl, not the presidents, tho SOME have represented the people well.

When YOU'VE wiped the asses of 1000 defenseless people, sacrificed everything for a cause, we can talk, til then, youre a child

  • this douche doesnt know what he's talking about...been away too long. democrats and republicans are equally useless and destructive, just in different ways. Palin's no worse than Obama--he may be smart and a good orator with a written speech, but he's no Ronnie. Dont tell me you Brits dont LOOONG for the days of Thatcher! Gawd this guy's "humor" is as old as his face, and about as funny. If you think this is funny, you're as relevant as dial-up internet.

  • can't believe some find this unfunny......sense of humour failures.....its spot on!!! especially the Palin reference....at least its an Americam taking the piss out of his own country!

  • This guy is seriously unfunny....dishevelled appearance, looks like a hobo

  • love the reference to sarah palin lol. he just ruleeeeeeeeeesssssss

  • unfunny

  • leftists rant which completely missed the point of tea parties which are actually largely libertarians, oh well, uninformed dole cuers will lap it up like they always do...

  • @AbrasionUK first of all the Tea Party is a split off from the Republican party. Though some may not acknowledge this relation, several prominent tea party figures were first republicans. And approximately 80% of all tea party members consider themselves to be republicans. Second this is COMEDY. It doesn't have to be factually right, he is making a joke, you are supposed to laugh. Yes, the joke may be at the expense of the republicans but there are plenty of people who joke about dems. too.

  • @robxbff i thought ron paul's rallies spurred the tea parties. all the "founders" of the tea parties call themselves libertarians lol

  • @Hitlerrrchan 138 of 138 tea partiers ran in republican primaries. Who cares what they started out as, they're just extremist republicans now.

love the name btw desu desu

  • @darkmiles22 lol your probably right. odd sarah palen can be popular at a protest that was originally against people like her.

  • @darkmiles22

actually no...they're not..they're just republicans that decided to get off their ass and do something about it instead of waiting for congress or any other political leader to do anything...cause God knows you can't get anything done in washington...but i find it funny...cause if you don't agree with democrats or liberals here...you are intolerant...my God...they are the ones intolerant of other peoples opinions...

  • @brbuck159 I said extreme, not intolerant. Getting disagreed with and being called an applicable name online does not make one a victim of intolerance. Toughen up.

Obama has compromised on everything from Wall Street reform, drawing out the wars, not raising taxes much on the rich and any on the bottom 98% (unless they smoke), and abandoning gays, single payer universal health care, and his promise to restore civil rights and transparency. Obama has done everything to be tolerant, too much even.

  • @Hitlerrrchan Though they may call themselves libertarians, almost all of the Tea Parties candidates have run as republican candidates. In addition, some have even gone as far as to say that the tea party is not really a new political group, and simply a "marketing campaign" in increase interest in traditional republican ideas and candidates.

  • Lol

  • I love this guy! so funny :D
