I was thinking of shaheed Naynawaz a few days ago about his song "naz parwar mehr gustar madari man" which was sung by a young singer a long time ago. If you have any videos of him, please post. I have not yet seen anything on RTA yet, but will post if they broad cast it. He was a great teacher, composer, and singer. I think Nasrat Sahrqi was his student also, but am not 100% sure.

The Poet is Ustad Abdul Ahmad Ada, who wrote so many great songs like "Bala Geer e Tu Gardam, Asman Baran Bubar, Gul Ba Daman e Tuam, Ghreb e Aab Sharan and so on and his poetry book will be released very soon and all Afghan will be very proud of. i was referring to the song "naz parwar mehr gustar madari man", which is Ahmad Shah Karim's poetry. I know that b/c he is my uncle, and Ustad Naynawaz (shaheed) is my father's uncle.

@karwizz, I agree to some extend and I also believe that it is A. Wali's voice that has made the song more special. We can credit U.Nainawaz for most of A. zahir and Saraban's song. I guess any super song by any of them is U. Nainawaz or Taranasaz's compose.
