IMO this is a NOS equipped car.
NOS equipped car can boost a car's acceleration. you can only use it for short period of time as this produces extreme high temperature, your REGULAR sparkplug would foul. This is cool if you're into speed but the exhaust gasses contains high NOx gasses that will destroy both your lungs (at mild & high concentrations) and the earth's ozone layer big time! (even in just a minute quantity)
