not trying to bash your or anything, but this drill teaches the wrong technique. it is making you arch with your chest out before the bottom killing all your power. your supposed to hold your toes down until the very last possible second. the best way to learn it is to just do it.
It appears to me that in addition to training the proper swing position, it also reminds them to hang on to the bar longer (a problem I'm having with several of my guys).
I'll probably have my guys do this tomorrow and see how it works out.
