@Jumpster2525 If u have downgraded to 3.1.3 then That's a perfect error. It shows that u have downgraded successfully. Now u will use 'TinyUmbrella' to kick u out of the recovery mode. Then u have to use official sim to activate your iPhone through iTunes. And if you have downgraded to 3.1.2 then use blackrain to activate your iPhone after u get error 1015.

@ToTumeiro First reboot iPhone. Now connect iPhone to wifi. Then open cydia. Give it time to load. Now press "changes" tab. Now upgrade if you see upgrade button on top. Then reboot again. After rebooting now install Ultrasnow. Done.

@yoni3333 Cycorder and Mobile Terminal are still not compatible with iOS4. Take other alternatives. There are thousands of other different Video Camera apps in Installous. Same goes for Terminal. And they work with 4.0.1

@waydenbernard For Unlocking we need to Jailbreak our device first. Since there is no Jailbreak for iPhone 3gS running 4.0.2 so you will have to downgrade back to 4.0.1. In order to downgrade you will need to follow the downgrade video on my channel. Its fourth video from top. When you have downgrade successfully then you can Jailbreak through jailbreakme. com and then Unlock by just installing "Ultrasn0w". Done.

I have a t-mobile sim card in the phone and it doesn't seem to recognize it. Now u will have Installous on your iPhone .Then download & install Facebook from "Installous". Install version 3.1.4 of Facebook from Installous". Your Facebook will work fine.

@PinkRichGyrl06 Unlocking comes after Jailbreaking. You will need to Jailbreak first in order to Unlock your iPhone 3gS. So if you have already updated to 4.0.2 then you need to downgrade back to 4.0.1 or 4.0 (providing that you saved your SHSH blobs earlier on these firmwares ). After downgrading Jailbreak through "Jailbreakme. com" and then install "Ultrasn0w" to Unlock.
