aghh pepole who critices him just shut up he made a bag so wht besides those bags would just be around his house anyway but i do have to admit he is a little creepy to spend your free time making plastic bags
Really cool Idea #2 OK, we have been trying for some time to put text and images on the plastic and my wife (Amanda) finally found an excellent solution. Simple iron-on t-shirt transfers work great! You can use an inkjet printer to transfer your image to the transfer paper and iron that image onto the plastic. You will need to let the iron-on cool more than normal after being applied, but it works great! Have Fun! Brad
Sorry 'bout the rant quirky, that was a great video AND you did it recycling those grocery bags. Cool thing was you went beyond the call and got creative.

Your insane rant is perplexing. Very peculiar. Not sure who you are, but you are hallucinating.
If you are ironing plastic bags as depicted in this video stop for a moment and contemplate, what is that plasticy smell? How much electricity is this iron using? How long does this glassified plastic take to biodegrade?
Give those points a few minutes thought for the sake of nature. :)
Okay "china-made, kick stand for oil consuming monsters". What's perplexing is that you'd even promote/sell a product to hold those machines up. What a hypocrite. 1) There is no smell/fumes as nothing's burning; heat much lower than silk. 2) Since MY solar panels make the electricity you need to fight to make PGE buy back my surplus @ 3X rate like Germany. 3)Less time than cig butts on the beach, but if I found a re-use for those you'd be bitch'n about that too. Wear polarfleece in Calgary? Liar
They are going to take quite some time to biodegrade even if not fusing them. At least working with these projects will help people to stop buying new, and re-use these plastic bags which are going to the landfill anyway. Yeah, the plasticky smell cannot be good, so I would wear a mask, but it is still just a few minutes to do, so it's not a significant hazard. You are too judgmental, and anal about environmentalism. You know what? Breathing is harmful for the planet too. idiot.
You created toxic pollution, used a bunch of electrcity, and generated non-biodegradable plastics out or biodegradable plastic for the sake of a bag which costs 99 cents at a corner store. Evil. Pure evil.
Start using your brain and stop killing earth. Not even the CEO of an oil company would be so proud of such a damaging practice. The fact that you smile about it like that is very frustrating. Think about your actions, not just yourself.
Guys, musiccalgary is a spammer/hater and is doing this to all the posts who are working on a recycling idea so you click on "her" link to receive advertising about her product which is directly reliant upon petroleum burning vehicles (motorcycles/cars). Funny how her product isn't biodegradable, takes huge amounts of energy to make, and is probably imported from China. It's a stupid kickstand. Don't give her the views.

You are delusional.
I am an environmental activist. Period. I have zero products for sale. And if I did they would be earth-friendly.
And I will debate any of you detractors face-to-face any place, anytime. So do not kid yourself. I know my facts and I will eat any enemy of earth for breakfast.
This "plastic bag ironing" practice is an enemy of the earth. Period. Think about it.
Okay, plastic=evil, but everybody's still a fool if they give you any extra ad time for YOUR earth consuming product. Let's see, trying to recycle/re-use what's killing our landfills=bad while buying your BRAND NEW earth harming product-=good? pfft. The kid did a good job; he tried. Unless you are using carrier pigeon you are the pure evil of hypocrisy using oil and plastic and machine to spout your hate on this website. Begone, my solar powered iron needs to make another bag for beach clean-up!
Idiot. You give environmental activism a bad name. Doing something for minimizing environmental harm even if not ideal is better than doing nothing at all. Instead of being so critical, you should encourage people to do more, and those who are doing something, praise them and encourage to do even better. idiot.
you're so thoughtful. nice to have positive feedback :)

fermatalove 4 years ago 3
thats so cool.. did u just draw the pictures on the bag with textas or something?
marzy6 4 years ago 2
nope, it was just the designs that were on the bags that I used. When you layer it all together and checkerboard it, it comes out like that.

Awesome work! Way to take would be trash and turning it into a killer reusable bag!
Peace
