You are looking very svelte indeed. What an accomplishment! Molodyets, or melodies and marches of toys. 24kgs lost. Look at some of those eejits jumping up and down! I love it. I wish I could run again, maybe in the next life.
Best of luck next year! You've done a great job altogether. 25 kilos is awesome job, and I bet it'll be another at least 10-15 off by this time next year. Keep it going!
Congratulations on your marathon participation. I would've been stiff as a board doing such a thing. Do you attribute your marathon training to your weight loss success or were other factors such as diet more important?
I also find your choice of 'Babes in Toyland' for the music at the end of the video, to be rather interesting. It's usually played at Christmas time. It's from a 1930's Laurel and Hardy movie; music by Victor Herbert, an American. What's the connection?
Heh heh. You are very astute. My track of it is called "March of the Toys". I would put it down half to diet and the other half to marathon training. Either one without the other would have caused weight stability, but to lose weight I think you need both.
You have a great attitude. I really admire your confidence and willingness to put yourself out there like this. Major respect from me!
PS, Thanks for the video about rolling "R"s. I haven't gotten it yet, but I'll keep practicing.
