Bigga i have the same problem aswell as Mediabrownie, I did the same thing I updated my video card and still nothing, i lowered the graphics down aswell to low and i still lagg wth???

Please help, i have the same PC specs too

@iPonixVideos Try downloading gamebooster ,Advanced System Care (optimize your pc with this program), Then go to gtainiside and download the fps patch its under patches and graphics, Also download the mod that removes depth of field, bloom and motion blur. Then set in ati catalyst control center to to optimal performance and finally download ati tray tools and make a game profile for gta eflc and set the resolution to 8800 x 600 in ati tray tools. Try that and see if it helps. It helped me.

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.66GHz (2CPUs)

Memory: 2GB

Hard Drive: 300GB

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3650

@MediaBrownie Lol. Its because I optimized my system using Advanced System Care, Downloaded and installed fps patch form gtainside and used Gamebooster and game accelerator. You can try downloading those four things and see if it helps. It helped me. Also try lowering your resolutiion and graphic settings. Also try and enable hyperthreading if u have it in bios.
