Turbo bikes are finicky as hell. and hard on cooling systems. I'm thinking of going with a custom radiator and steel braided cooling lines for mine.

Honda isnt in the market for turbo sports cars thats more of the porsche market. They know that if they produce it no one will buy it so they just stick to vtec. Would you build a big turbo production honda few people would buy? No because its all about being green and making gas efficient POS hybrids.

it's just a dream car bro. it's kinda like your girl or your wife. it doesn't have to be the best, fastest or even reasonable, it's beautiful and inspiring to someone.  and if you want to know why the car is valued so dearly, is because it's price tag and craftsmanship create such a mystique around the car that it becomes the bench mark that we judge all others. and it is the car that the furthest from us on the $ scale. making it even more desirable.

A Veyron could keep up with a stock busa, but woud not murder it. In top speeds, over 150 mph, its true that a Veyron could take a stock busa. But a highly tuned turbo'd hayabusa is going to be faster than a Veyron at any speed.

zx9rdude, judging by your handle, I'm guessing you have not dynoed to many Busas. Had you done so, you'd know that they range from low 150 to 160 range stock. The 2008's are a different story.

absolutely right they range from 150 to 160 allthough i have seen a 04 hit 162. but that is pretty usual. i work at dynojet rotterdam and worked with all kinds off bikes for over 4 years now. from little 125s till the hayabusa and the zx-14 and the zx-12.

first of all, the bugatti veyron is not stock...it has 4 turbos, 10 radiators etc...if thats what you want to call stock, then go ahead...secondly kj7687 is right...i googled it and the guy who went 260mph in 1 MILE rides the hayabusa to work everyday...its street legal...

and on MOTOR alone ive pulled 950 whp supra from a 60 roll, then he barely got me on the top end from a 90 roll.

when we went from a dig i couldnt see him by the time i shifted into 3rd.

id take that turbo bike if it was running good vs a 1000+ hp twin turbo VIPER any day. any roll. any where.
