  • I love lamb chops!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Christopher Walken? is that you?

  • yummee i looooove lamb chops

  • just shut up; cook and eat.

  • this is literally the same video as the grilled ribeye one

  • Brilliant

  • now thats cool

  • the season suck!!! dude!!

  • I m hungry...

  • CAN YOU SMEEEELLL. WHAT THE ROCK. IS COOKIN??

  • @WNCSuperNig

if ya smell what da rock is cookin

  • i'd take lamb over beef any day of the week

  • @leonlad79 Even Saturday?

  • I expected to see people talking about the video..instead I notice people arguing about Portugal and various countries?

  • No tengo tiempo para ti y tu gilipollez. En ingles se dice "Spaniard" al Espanyol, y Spanish es el idioma. Ahora, vete a la mierda tonto hijo de puta sin educacion, vale?

Me equivoque. Los Portugueses son medio moro, asi que latinos no son...

  • he reminds me of te fake spanish fbi guy on reno 911

  • @miamiwax you mean latino. Spanish are from Spain...

  • @AKL005 Spanish people are also latino's... All the central and south american countries are latino's, and in europe there's portugal and spain.

  • @MyProlover Wrong. Spaniards and Portuguese are white/ caucasian europeans and should not be considered Latinos, as per US label. It's proper to say they are Hispanic because they come from Hispania (Roman name) = Espana. In America, Hispanic is used to recognize a collection of people who speak Spanish. Latino is a word made up by America to recognize the same group, composed of different races. If you mean Spaniards are Latin like Italian, Portuguese, and some French, you are correct.

  • @AKL005 haha, you're the typical douche. since you are trying to sound so smart you should at least know that portuguese and spanish people have a darker complexion than the rest of the european, but you obviously don't know that. After that comes that fact that who populated south america was the portuguese and spanish, french and italian aren't latinos. And the U.S. doesn't label shit man, Since when does the U.S. labels another cultures? You sir, are a complete dumbass.

  • @MyProlover hahaha.. I don't know? I'm Spanish (from Spain), so I know my culture and people's heritage. You are the typical ignorant American asshole. Trying to tell me that Latin Americans and Spaniards are the same when Latin American's have African and Amerindian in their blood. Italians are Latin. Where do you think the Latin language came from and is still used in strict Roman Catholic churches. And yes, southern French are considered Latin because of basque and Italians there.

  • @AKL005 portugal also speaks latin buddy.

  • By the way. French on average have a darker skin tone than Spaniards. Spaniards descend from Celts, Goths, and Gaels. Read Carlton Coon's races of Europe and maybe you will understand history and culture you dumb redneck/ hill billy American uneducated prick...

  • @AKL005 First, i'm portuguese. Second : it's called SPANISH, not spaniards, spaniards are irish. And you obviously didn't study "history and culture" at all, just check wikipedia, no need for some books. Now for your information on geography. France's summer weather's usually around 77-80ºF, spain 80-90ºF, and Portugal's around 100-110ºF all summer since it's the closest country in europe to 0º longitude, so therefore french guys can't be darker than Portuguese and Spanish.

  • @MyProlover Carlton Coon could not figure out why French are darker skinned that Spaniards either, and he dedicated his life to anthropology at Harvard. I have no time for ignorant uneducated people like you. If you are American, go eat ribs and watch Nascar. If you are Portuguese, which I think you are lying, you are a disgrace...

  • @AKL005 lol check my channel, wouldn't that be easier? You probably don't even know where portugal is. You really, really have no clue what you're talking about, you're still saying spaniards (and look, I've told you they're irish), you are still trying to prove something that you don't even know about, because I'm latino and I know about it, obviously, so please, stop it. You aren't going anywhere really. Just enjoy your nationality and your culture as it is, don't try to impersonate others

  • @MyProlover Spaniards are Irish? I don't know where Portugal is? You are just a moron. And I bet you are not Portuguese. Only a fool would believe what others claim on the internet. Goodbye and get a life...

Ok, parabéns miúdo, ganhas-te a bicicleta. haha.

  • nicely cooked , and someone that uses the lid! well done mate

  • @universal80 i gotta say u r totaly RIGHT!.......

  • he sorta kinda looks like the rock lol!

  • i actually grilled the whole rack of lamb, then cut it when serving. it was super juicy, you guys should try

  • notice how many times he says: to make sure.

  • I watched a program called KITCHEN CHEMISTRY and the chef said hot grill to seal the juices is bollocks ?

  • @aligator337 yes, cooking at high temperatures has not proven to keep the juices in.

  • Just Fockus was a neat video too

  • Nice job

  • No no no, the middle was too red. Needed to have at least another minute or two to get to Medium Rare.

  • i dont think flavorfullness is a word lol

  • @arniebarb123 It is now

  • @arniebarb123 i don't think "lol" is a word either.

  • @FrankieTheoret actually "lol" is an abbreviation

  • @arniebarb123 but it's not a word.

  • @arniebarb123 Technically it's an acronym.

  • @arniebarb123 lmfao

  • All he's talking about is the damn crust which keeps the juices in. Thats BS :) It wont keep the juices in.

  • @MaxmaxSH

You are right, still you should make a crust. Its good for taste etc...

  • الله يقرفكم لحم خنازير

Me: FFFF this is fucking HOT!!! DAMN!! >:O

Me: i will never again see howdiniguru and never again hear tips from them

    D:

  • @Miikkeldk u noob!

  • Can you use that same hand trick to tell if your boyfriend is ready for marriage?

  • Guys, its MEDIUM RARE.

    Stop complaining that its raw.

Pay attention and grow the fuck up. -_-

  • so my thumb is medium rare??

  • @mikeymike3232 ROFL

  • lamb chops are absolutely delicious, at medium rare its like it melts in your mouth

  • Its still raw

  • @0184AC No, it's delicious. Medium rare for all meats is best.

  • @reecez0zr It's because cooking red meat is general is reallllly easy. Cooking is pretty simple, but most people are intimidated by it. The general formula is hot pan/grill, salt and pepper, a little oil, and 4-6 minutes a side. There's nothing to it.

    MEAT!

  • This guy cooks THE perfect steak ... but yeah about the lamb chops .. i always see them at the market but never get them .. they are reasonably cheap ill grab some up next time what do they taste like ?? and dont say chicken :P

  • @iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa It doesn't taste like chicken at all.

It has a very "gamey" taste to it.

  • @iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa They taste reallly good if they're of a decent quality. It's hard to compare to anything. It's like beef with a gamier flavor. It might take a few tries to get used to, but it's awesome. You can also make a mint dressing or use a marinade to accent the flavor. Good luck with it.

  • I am hungry for some of them lamb chops right about now! *looking down at my cold Cup Noodles in shame. And 6 have had relations with a lamb.

  • What is flavorfulness?

  • @reecez0zr so true he says the same thing every tyme

  • @reecez0zr I know right? But I guess if you have the recipe for win, why change it up?

  • lol all his videos are the same the onley diffrance is the meat.....

  • Nicely done, direct and to the point. No bull!

  • Listen bitch, typos have nothing to do you your cooking. Try looking into that.

  • Flavorfullness?

  • can i have one?

  • that look's delicious

  • is he had anything to do with enrique iglesias? :D

  • Your no Gordon Ramsey.

  • @cutloosecmp

  • never knew 'flavorfulness' was a word.... haha

  • @10water u dun like flavorfulness... that dude has some fat palms lol i cant do that with my hand.

  • thats what she said....

  • BBQ Gangsta!

  • looks good love lamb chops. I will try it.

  • i am hungry !!

  • this guy totally cant act. or cook.

  • Comment removed

  • @reecez0zr well proper meat cookery usually looks for similar things/ (fat, searing, etc.) so its not surprising that its similar in his videos

  • it's like a meat popsicle

  • why do people keep saying that he's BBQing? the title is "grilling." his opening is, "today, i'm going to show you how to 'grill' the perfect lamb chop." so many haters hating for nothing.

and i agree with nerocosm, BBQing is done low and slow over wood coals, normally closed or covered to impart smoky flavor to the meat. markdipaolo, you have a thing or two to learn about cooking american food in america.

  • hahaha this guy is cool he sound's a little bit like Christopher Walken.

"Cooking the chop's from all angle's"

    Classic.

  • Well, what can I say?!?! That's the good thing about cooking and being a chef! And that makes the difference between us chefs! Otherwise we'll all be cooking the same!!! Anyway according to my experience never cover your BBQ meat meanwhile cooking!

  • WOW.. He really got that one perfect .. I LIKE

  • this guy is da bomb

  • ..by putting salt on your raw meat you get the juce out even without poiking them with a fork!!! And you don't want to cover your BBQ whiel cooking your meat!!! You don't want to steem your meet!!! Thats not the way to BBQ

  • @markdipaolo

Uhmmm, putting on the cover only keeps in the dry heat, there isn't enough moisture on the grill to cause steam. And the salt is to season the chops...

  • exactly!!!!!! does he have a lid on the grill in the resteraunt he works at??? lol yu dont have to close the lid for everything like most of his videos tell us..........

  • @shtapipa I like my steaks and chops cooked with direct heat, this is basically combining dry heat alongside grilling, which I don't usually do.

  • NO he does not. but the grill at the restaurant is likely more heat efficient and can keep 600+ degrees and likely higher. A home gas grill is perhaps 500-550 tops. Keeping the grill closed created a convection and does not waste the dry heat. Therefore cooking the meat quicker, thus not overcooking it and making it tough.

  • Rule #1, always salt and pepper your meat just before cooking - so there is seasoning and also makes searing a little easier by drawing outside moisture. Now depending on the thickness of the meat, of course you will need to cover so it cooks through and the BBQ is not that moist or sealed that tight to cause steam. If you wrapped meat in foil tightly, then you would be steaming.

  • Moisture is the enemy of searing.

I love the way this guy talks. This looks awesome.

  • He's not BBQing - he is sear/grilling. BBQ is done low and slow over wood coals. You may want to check your fact book.

  • what appliance is the master chef using?

i wanted to get one for my restaurant.

  • beautiful, Eat American, Eat LAmb.

  • i drooled on my desk

  • classic

  • Oh MAN that looks soooooo GOOD!!!!
