In the era of the net madonna would not have lave lasted past like a prayer. pre-net she was shoved down our throats 24/7 with an endless media barrage. like Gaga, Perry etc are today but worse beacause back then madonna competed with almost no one for media attention.she can't compete with Adele or Katy now. W.E flopped. Spitting out all the stats in the world won't change the fact she does not speak to anyone but stans now.
