I have to admit that this is gutsy. While i normally dont have a problem with subliminal adverts, It gets me really worked up to think that channel 10 would have the balls to show adverts that can CLEARLY be seen.

Yes, it breaches the code of conduct, which is legislatively enforce as a term of the broadcasting licence. You need to complain to the network, then if you are unsatisfied with the networks response, you complain to ACMA.
