ahh nice one. buying my turnouts next friday i can't wait =) what about rejeting the carbs though mate do they need rejetting or will it be ok just with the welded pipes on?

I never had to jet my carbs, but make sure your bike is run in for 1000 miles before fitting them as they affect the back pressure. i also got rid of the old air filter and replaced it with a K&N style one which gave it a more throaty sound.

Hey m8, i just baught a jinlun yesterday i got the 11. was woundering what size slash cuts you had, are they the 3" or smaller ones ?

Hi, i think mine were 3", but as long as they're universal- they'll fit any bike. You will have to saw off the original mufflers and weld on the slashcuts.

got them from LIA imports - ebay. look for universal slashcut mufflers.

Didn't have to rejett carbs, but you'll need to weld the pipes on.

Also, could you possibly inform me of where you got the slashcuts from, and did you fit them yourself?

Would you need a high ammount of mechanical knowledge to fit them? Im planning ahead for when i get mine!
